Teams
This workshop shows teams how to put Cognitive Diversity At Work™ into practice by working through the default scenarios.
Option: instead of working through the default scenarios, teams can work through authentic situations they are currently facing. Before the workshop, we will need to meet with client leadership to agree the real-world scenarios.
Communicating
‘Communicating’ shows delegates how to communicate with anyone, about anything, at any time, with better understanding. The modules are:
- Whole Brain® Communication
- Knowing Your Audience
- Communicating in the Workplace
- Presenting Your Ideas
Prerequisite: each delegate must already have their own Individual HBDI® Profile, as per the Profiling page.
Prerequisites for Workshops
You must already have their own Individual HBDI® Profile, and each team their Team Report.
Duration, Delivery and Location
Half-day duration, in-house, with a up to 15 delegates. Each workshop is designed for delivery to a team or group, and can be modified for delivery to an individual. Each delegate receives a Participant Guide as an aide memoire and for making notes. Location is at clients’ premises, or at a convenient venue chargeable at cost plus VAT. We do not intend to market open courses at this time.
Future Workshops
Future workshops will include Problem Solving, Decision Making, Creative Thinking, and Customer Relations.
